This article comes from a socio-anthropological research about the interrelationships between the inclusion support teachers and the health professionals around children with disabilities. The construction of empirical information begins in 2019 in a Center for Alternative and Complementary Services, in primary schools of common education and in public health institutions linked to the care of children with disabilities in the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut province. We propose to make a description about the ways of organizing health care for children with disabilities who live in contexts of inequality and urban poverty, based on the meanings and practices that health professionals deploy in different public institutions. We propose that these institutions are going through situations of job insecurity and budget cuts due to the political-economic crisis that the province of Chubut is experiencing.
